Eligibility for Returns:- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:- Contact me at destiny@sakeozo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Include the picture is a must.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Some items are non-refundable, like digital downloadable products for example.
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a picture and then contact me immediately.
