Thank you for supporting my art business! I am based in Pittsburgh, PA which is where I will be mailing out from. Here's a quick rundown of our shipping process:

 

Processing Time:

• Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, it may take a bit longer.
   

Shipping Rates:

• We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
   

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days.
   

Tracking Your Order:

• Standard Shipping doesn't include tracking but is more budget-friendly. Tracked Shipping is available at an extra cost for those who want updates on their package's journey.

International Shipping:

• We ship worldwide! Please be aware of potential customs fees, taxes, or duties for international orders. Items tend to get lost if shipped to anywhere outside of the USA. Ship in your own risk.
   

Lost or Damaged Items:

• In rare cases of loss or damage, contact me at destiny@sakeozo.com, and we'll work on a solution together.

Return & Refund Policy:

I want you to love your purchase! Here's the straightforward policy on returns and refunds:

30-Day Return Window:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact me at destiny@sakeozo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Include the picture is a must.
   

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
   

Non-Refundable Items:

• Some items are non-refundable, like digital downloadable products for example.
   

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
   

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a picture and then contact me immediately.
