Estimated Delivery Time:

Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

Standard Shipping doesn't include tracking but is more budget-friendly. Tracked Shipping is available at an extra cost for those who want updates on their package's journey.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide! Please be aware of potential customs fees, taxes, or duties for international orders. Items tend to get lost if shipped to anywhere outside of the USA. Ship in your own risk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact me at destiny@sakeozo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Include the picture is a must.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:
